Monthly retainer statement
The retainers RFL billed you for in a month, so you can check our invoice against the orders you placed. An order appears in the month it shipped, not the month you ordered it, so this will not always match the list above. Shipping is a separate line, the same way it appears on your invoice. Download it as a spreadsheet if you would rather work in Excel.

Enroll a Patient
For patients whose Retainers for Life membership is included in their treatment contract. Enroll them when treatment starts. Every membership covers both arches.
